Here’s an outline of how our meetings will go:
Listen: We’ll get to know each other, I’ll learn more about your lifestyle, eating habits and your health concerns. We’ll discuss long term goals and how a personalized plan will guide you through your transformation.
Inform: Once we begin working together, we’ll create an individualized plan of action that includes recipes, information that supports your goals, and referrals for self-care.
Educate: During our time together, we’ll meet every other week for an hour. You’ll have unlimited e-mail access to me, and we’ll even take field trips designed around your health goals.
